Connection to our ancestral cultures can enrich our lives by providing new experiences of belonging. Many of us in the United States are separated from our ancestral cultures. Engaging in a process of researching and trying on our ancestral traditions opens many spiritual, psychological, and emotional doors, and can be surprisingly rewarding and powerful.
Reconnecting to our ancestral cultures can mean many things. We can relationship-build with the lands of our peoples, their folk art, their spiritual practices, and ways of celebrating the seasons. Because so much of this intuitive process can be solo work, it can be nice to have someone to support you and be a partner in your process.
Working with me is fun and we go deep. Not only is ancestral reconnection my passion, but I'm a Spiritual Counselor, so I'm able to support mental, spiritual, emotional, and even physical ways of researching and exploring. We tap into your creativity, your curiosity, and see blockages or pain points as helpful teachers. Because sometimes feelings of sadness, confusion, or anger can come up about the truths of your peoples and ancestors, working with me as a trauma-informed coach can feel grounding and secure.

Different people become interested in reconnecting with their ancestral cultures for different reasons.
- Some people arrive at it after practicing spiritual traditions outside of their lineages -- they then start to wonder, what kind of spiritual traditions did my own people have that might be meaningful to me?
- For some people, moving toward marriage and/or parenthood ignites a desire to draw from the cultural traditions of their ancestors for marriage rituals as well as daily and weekly rituals that help create special moments for their children and family.
- Some white people hit a moment in their anti-racism journey where they realize they "don't have cultural traditions" -- they see the value of culture and don't want to engage in cultural appropriation, so they become interested in their ancestral cultures.

As your Ancestral Reconnection Coach, I walk with you into the unknown terrains of your ancestral heritages. I provide feedback, serve as a brainstorming buddy, and offer ideas, worksheets, homework, research questions, and advice when you want it. We collaborate, with you as the primary investigator.
We work together weekly over the course of one to three months. The duration of our time together is decided at the beginning and is included in our coaching agreement.

Sliding scale pricing -- why & how it works
I do sliding scale prices because my clients come from all over the United States and we as a country have a huge wealth gap due to systemic racism and other systems of oppression. I don't ask clients what their income or financial situation is -- what you choose is what we go with.
Price for a 50-minute session: Sliding scale $60 - $200
