Though sometimes we may prefer to seek private counsel (and that's something you can do with me), sharing supportive holistic coaching sessions with your partner, besties, roommate, child, or sibling can strengthen relationships, increase confidence, and enable you to take better care of each other in your daily and weekly lives.
Sharing holistic coaching sessions with loved ones also reduces the cost per person for coaching.

When my clients share holistic coaching sessions with loved ones they’re usually focusing on their individual lives, challenges, desires, and growth, including identifying ways to support each other outside of sessions. We can work on each person within one session or focus on one person, alternating who is focused on each time. When it's the other person's turn, clients listen, reflect, and brainstorm alongside me as the Holistic Coach. We build a supportive small group together, tapping into all of our powers, wisdom, and brilliance. Collective attention and presence leads to all types of healing, growth, and breakthroughs for individuals.
Sometimes clients use shared holistic coaching sessions to go beyond their individual lives, brainstorming ways to live as a team, like roommates designing weekly rituals rooted in their ancestral cultures or a parent and teenager talking through how to have more fun together.
Though this can be a space to work through interpersonal challenge, unlike mainstream couples counseling, usually we’re not coming together to focus on conflicts between individuals.
