As white people committed to dismantling systemic racism, it is important to engage in an ongoing process of building our own everyday anti-racism and radical aliveness practice.

White people working to dismantle racism actively balance:

1. collaborating with others to collectively dismantle institutional systemic racism, and
2. showing up as a culture builder with aliveness practices. This includes exploring body wisdom, engaging with and healing our own pain and trauma, investigating our ancestors, engaging with our cultural heritages, and creatively offering culture rooted in aliveness back to society.

What does this look like? And what can this look like for you right now? Different white people have different opportunities to dismantle racism, end anti-Blackness, and end white supremacy culture. Also, different white people have their own needs that must be met in order to do be a racial justice leader.

Join an Everyday Anti-Racism & Radical Aliveness cohort to identify your growing edges and get support around developing, expanding, and/or balancing your own everyday anti-racism and radical aliveness practice.

EARRA (pronounced: ear-rah) is a two-month intensive experience for white people interested in growing as a racial justice leader. We will meet over Zoom once a week and there will be weekly homework, including written reflections, actions, and support of other members of the group. Participants are asked to commit to prioritize attending all sessions live.
