Meditation is absolutely amazing -- we literally change our brains, growing our pre-frontal cortex, the part of our brain that tells the rest of us we can chill, building our capacity to be present with what's here and to experience joy.
For 7 days, Sunday through Saturday, we meet virtually daily. On Sunday, we meet for one hour, go over the meditation technique, sit, and connect in community. Monday through Friday, we meet for 30 minutes, which includes a 25-ish minute seated practice. Saturday, we meet for one hour, to sit, explore questions, and celebrate.
