If you're pregnant or were recently, your body may be asking for new types of care. Different people need different foods, self-care practices, and health routines. This is especially true during and after pregnancy. Techniques rooted in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India, enable you to live in your power as you have new experiences and challenges related to your schedule, emotions, physical discomforts, hormones, and mental health.
Any "one-size-fits-all" approach to perinatal care is wildly incomplete. By offering yourself Ayurveda perinatal supports, you will be able to focus your efforts on the nutrition and self-care that's customized to your needs. The big life moments around pregnancy can be opportunities to better support ourselves. What do you need? |
Pre-Natal Support
A lot of pregnancy discomforts can be addressed with food, schedule, and self-care choices. Ayurveda offers traditions that are customized not only to the symptom but to the whole person. Two people exhibiting the same symptom might need different actions. We will work together to create the shift you need. Planning your postpartum support plan during pregnancy can be a game changer. You can learn about the main kinds of Ayurvedic imbalances you can expect and work to develop an action plan.
