This group is for anyone going through a moment/phase where they feel that life has pulled them underwater. Meeting weekly for a month, this group invites us to be together as we move through our underwater caves, our feelings, and encounter surprising wisdom gems.
The phases when we're pulled into dark waters by life can become our greatest teachers, offering us the precise medicine we need. Since western cultures and capitalism teaches us to avoid and transcend discomfort, often we do not know how to stay curious or become present in these uncomfortable depths, and instead we may only gaze up, focusing on escaping as soon as possible. We may miss the lessons and transformation gems these dark times provide. However, these dark waters can be approached as sacred, rich and significant layers of our spiritual journey.

In this Underwater Soul-Searching Group, we listen to your body, your intuitions, and your longings, and we dialogue with the universe. What meaning and medicine are you being offered? What does your soul say? Together we foster your staying power.
This group container is for those going through difficult, uncomfortable, and/or unclear times. Perhaps you are grieving, or deeply uncomfortably physically, or maybe you're emotionally thrown off by a big life event.
