Here is an ongoing series of mini-audio recordings to support therapists in this era of disasters and societal collapse. As a Holistic Spiritual Counselor and coach, I'm using my short neighborhood walks to record my thoughts, pep talks, and somatic-spiritual resources. It'd be my honor to be a small, medium, or large support for you and your soul growth, as you work to support others with their mental healths and crises in these times.
My background is in yoga and Ayurveda, food as medicine, and now I'm a trained spiritual counselor several years into my PhD in global psychology, at CIIS in San Francisco. I'm Katherine Saviskas, she/her, originally from New York and her suburbs, sending out these mini-recordings from Oakland, California, the lands of the Ohlone people.

Coming up for therapists:
These times are bringing up a lot for many of us, including our clients. This space supports us with new professional community, wisdom about spiritual emergencies, self-reflection, and resourcing breathwork. We'll talk about how each of our individual lives are specifically calling for us to increase our resiliency, and how nourishment is key.
Facilitated by Katherine Saviskas, she/her (www.liberationconsciousness.com/about), each participant will get a chance to share about their world and engage in conversation and community.
This small spiritual counseling circle meets weekly on Thursdays over Zoom from 2:30-3:30pm PST, beginning 6/26 and ending 7/31.
